  Needed a Juul Charger in which case they were sold out. No surprise as it seems everyone can forget/lost the juul chargers. I was getting my haircut next door and they were able to charge me up on site. Service was above and beyond I would 10/10 recommend this place for business.

  I recently decided to switch from cigarettes 2 vape and didn't know much about it, everyone who I have talk to in the stores has been incredibly helpful from start to finish. I went in on Monday night and ask some questions to have a better understanding of what I would be looking at price wise and proper expectations for the switch from cigarettes to vaping and was given a lot of great information. That great information let me to go back on Tuesday to start the lifestyle change, I was nervous when I walked in and expecting it to be a long and complicated process. Western 20 minutes after I walked in the door I was back in my car and all set up to go. I had additional questions and wanted some extra products so I returned to the store and not only was I remembered but my flavor preferences and nicotine level preferences were also recalled which was really nice. The service is incredibly personable and makes what I thought was going to be an intimidating and difficult transition really easy. Looking forward to seeing more of everyone at the store.

  Diverse selection of ALL products. Always a deal going on. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

  Awesome as always! Frank is a great manager, knows everything about the vape industry, including the best equipment and flavors fit for how much you're looking to spend. They have tons of discounts and reward points, very friendly staff, and a clean store. It doesn't get better than this!
