  Mike was a great salesman! He pointed me in the right direction to what kind of vehicle I was looking for. He was very patient with me even though it was very cold outside. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking into purchasing, explained everything in depth, and in detail to help me make my final buying decision.
  
  Steve was very professional. He had a great attitude, and positive atmosphere making the buying aspect quick and painless. He made me feel very comfortable, and walked me through every step of the signing process with great detail.
  
  Overall great buying experience! I am happy with my purchase, and I will definitely be a returning customer!

  I dread buying a vehicle from a dealer. There's usually a lot of numbers game, misdirections, and drawn out negotiations just to wear you down. I want to say this is the second time I've ever had a good experience purchasing from a dealer. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and quick. All my questions were answered on the spot with no games, no selective truths, and even the financing was flexible. Tyson reminds me of Saturn when they first launched where one of their goal was to focus solely on the buying experience and I had a great one here.

  From start to finish, the team at Tyson Motor Corporation was a pleasure to work with. Kaitlyn was my 1st point of contact. She listened to the criteria of my search (model, price range, etc.) and invested a week's time exchanging emails, texts and phone conversations with me. Andy (salesperson) maintained the high level of customer service Kaitlyn provided. Adam (sales manager) and Jim (GM) provided the terms that my family was comfortable with. JP (finance director) closed the deal in record time. Shout out to the porter who prepped the car for me to take home and the 2 gentlemen who drove my other car back to LG.
  
  It is refreshing to work with a group of people who are transparent and can communicate at a high level. Thank you Tyson Motor!

  Service depart was very professional. I had an oil change and a recall issue. I chose to wait work was done in 2 hrs. I did make an appointment for this work which was 3 weeks out. They do do oil changes w/o appointments but wait time depends on how many are in line.
