My ailing mother was at Beecher Manor for three months until she succumbed to her illnesses.
The staff and crew that maintain the Manor were above and beyond any expectation I could ever dream of and desire. The Hospice team from VITAS were phenomenal in their care for my mother. Even the housekeeping crew was involved and wholeheartedly interested in the care and well being of my mother.
When my mom eventually passed and went home to be with Jesus, the Beecher Manor staff was SO accommodating, the VITAS Hospice staff was more than professional and compassionate.
My entire experience while at Beecher Manor was way beyond professional care, it was almost as if they were my family. My ONLY regret is that I cannot give them a 6 star rating...
My 91 year old mother spent almost 3 weeks there; she was in the rehab unit and was treated very well. Everyone is very friendly and does their best to help all patients, no matter what their ailment or mental condition. Like any busy care facility, we waited sometimes, but when they were with you, they did their very best to help. And you could tell that the staff truly wanted to help, which was refreshing. Although most of the residents were there long term, their rehab unit was very dedicated to success and my mother learned so much while she was there. She returned to independent living with minimal support. We are everso grateful!
