  I use this store to purchase the fragrance for the cars and from time to time the engine oil depending on pricing. Very good overall.

  Needed a head light bulb for my Chevy Malibu .Louis helped me find the right part, was extremely polite and professional and even offered to help out if I couldn't install it on my own. Keep in mind this is at 7:55 PM and they close at $8. Louis changed both my headlights and did not charge a dime. I am now an absolute believer in Louis and this store now. Thank you so much Louis!!! You are the GOAT.
  
  Kaylee was extremely helpful to me this morning. I was looking for some nice looking caps for my license plate hardware. Unfortunately they only had 1 in stock but I needed 1 more. She looked up the item and found it in stock at another store down the street. Kaylee was very friendly, outgoing, and made sure my experience was positive with her.
  However, there was another employee working who literally ran directly into me from behind while carrying a box of products. I was stunned. She didn't apologize or anything. She didn't alert me that she was behind me and just kind of pushed me. Then she glared at me with hate for no reason. Again, Kaylee was very wonderful but the other girl employee working really ruined the whole experience for me.

  The staff is typically friendly and very helpful. The store feature a big variety of do it yourself car items from batteries to motor oil, brake parts and cleaning supplies. I never had an issue at any of their stores. They have numerous locations in the area and I was able to pick up a battery at one location and returned the old one at a different one and received the refund without issues.
