  My son is only a little over 2 weeks old so we've only been there a couple times (Plainfield & Naperville location) but everyone including nurses and doctors have been so nice and take the time to answer all questions and explain everything. The nurses get back to you in a reasonable amount of time if you call to speak with them and have always been super helpful over the phone answering any questions/concerns I had! Nurses Mary and I think the other one was Julie? are awesome!

  I have been coming here with both my children for a while. Every doctor is very nice and easy to understand and work with. I have only had one issue with a nurse being snappy, but that was resolved and I was reassured. I would be devastated if I had to go to any other PED place, they make everything pretty non-difficult. Sometimes that wait times (twice or 3 times) were over an hour but overall I can't complain. I love Dr Becky, Shoshara, Dr. Hamilton (who is stern but she's lovely) and more. Thank you for taking care of my babies! -Samantha Johnson

  We love this practice! The DRS are all great. We love Dr. Becky. The office staff takes an interest as well.
