  I was very pleased with professionalism and honesty offered by PuroClean...both representatives Merlin and Billy. They respected my home and were careful with their large equipment. Would recommend their services to anyone in need.

  The PuroClean team was GREAT to work with. We were out of town when our sump pump decided to go out and by the time we arrived home, all the contents from our finished basement were neatly packed into a storage pod and our basement was cleaned and dried out. Although we weren't able to be at home during the process, the team communicated with not only my husband and I, but also with our family members back at home who offered to help out with providing access to the house in our absence. Everyone is also very nice and professional. Thanks again PuroClean!

  We had a water heater spring a leak over the weekend in our office. When we arrived Monday morning we found that our offices were flooded. I called PuroClean by Browns. The owner was at our facility in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later he had his entire crew at our office moving stuff and sucking up water. By noon he had all the water sucked up and was drying everything out. They saved our drywall from being destroyed and most of our equipment. These guys are very professional and know their job very well. I would hire them in a second if I needed them again. I was able to continue running my 3 businesses with no interruption because they handled everything so well. They helped me with the insurance adjuster and has been there for every step needed to get our place back to 100%. I would like to thank Marlin and Tony for all their help and their crew. Great job guys!!!!!
