Both of the times I was in the office, my interaction with Kelly, the receptionist, was not pleasant. She made me feel unwelcome and like I was an inconvenience, even tossing my insurance card across the desk. This was very disappointing because Dr. Glassley and the other staff were very professional and kind.

However, I was very impressed when Dr. Glassley reached out to check in on how I was feeling following my procedure. He gave me the opportunity to ask further questions and he also addressed my concerns. This was very much appreciated!!
