The Hearth at Sycamore Village

My father has been at The Hearth for two plus years. There have been several staffing changes which seem to be working out well. My father said the food has improved greatly with the new dietitian. The new head nurse Amy has gotten back with me to answer health questions about my Dad. Yes there are new faces, but there are many staff members that were there when Dad moved in and are still there doing an excellent job keeping the residents Covid free.
Change is never easy when our love ones must leave their homes, but I do believe The Hearth does a good job making the residents comfortable in their new homes. Thank you for protecting my Dad during this trying time with Covid. I'm looking forward to better times when I can visit with him in his apartment.

I've been driving the Hearths bus now for over a year and a half, driving the residents from there to their doctor appointments and for shopping at different stores. I've driven them on scenic tours around the area and I love my job at the Hearth. It's a great place to work and the residents are very lucky to have a very caring staff who will help them with all their needs.

I worked at the Hearth and loved my experience. My department head was the best and I loved and respected her, she worked along side of us and set the example of excellence for her staff to follow in the memory units. I loved the people I worked with In all the departments and the residents were delightful. Due to health issues I no longer work at this facility. I have never seen a more loyal, dependable staff in my life and friendships I had developed at the Hearth are still strong and ongoing.
