Was referred by a close friend and has been the best decision I've made to bettering my self! Very professional personable and knowledgeable. He listened to all of my worries and concerns helped with my every day routines and sent great simple exercises to do. First visit I imeaditly felt relief but made it clear you have to do the plan he assigns you. If your not using Dr Sherman you should be!
