I have lived here 7 years and the staff has been wonderful. I have had vey few maintenance issues but they are taken care of immediately. Jackie is a delight.

My fiancé have lived in Redwood Apartments for a year now, and we're very happy here! Our unit is in fantastic condition, and when we do have an issue - which is rarely - Management and Maintenance are very responsive and timely about handling it. Rent is a bit pricey, but with the great condition of the unit and the safe neighborhood, I'm happy living here.

I do wish the dog park was a bit better! It's small compared to others I've had in other apartment complexes. They also use tiny stones instead of grass. I get why, but I know my dog does not enjoy playing in there because the rocks make it hard to run. I'm assuming it's similar for most pet owners living here because I rarely see it getting use.

Jackie is also amazing and always beyond attentive and responsive! Not sure where some of the negative complaints are coming from. Redwood's Diebold staff are seriously fantastic and definitely one of the best property managers I've ever interacted with.
