Called Steve up to schedule appointment and gave him an idea of what the job required to fix after removing a gun safe that was bolted down and put some holes in the carpet. He quoted me a price and once we moved the safe we found we had another issue that required more work. Steve was very patient with me as we were trying to load the safe and while he was there waiting he actually just took the initiative to fix the extra problem and did not charge extra. Highly recommended and will be using him for any other carpet repairs or future issues we may have. Thanks again!

We had several bleach stains in our new carpet and was referred by a friend. Steve came out and didn't charge me anything for the estimate. While he was there he said he would Repair and patch the carpet for only $75. We agreed and it turned out fabulous. You can't even tell it had been patched!!!
