(October 22, 2020, 11:22 am)There was a sweet dog that started hanging out around our neighborhood and suddenly yesterday was vomiting and excreting blood, weak. Talked to neighbors and she didn't belong to anybody. Couldn't get ahold of anybody near me up further north. So I called this hospital. Took her down and tested for parvo and was put in a special parvo room so it doesn't get to the rest of the hospital sick. She was positive. They gave me options, but she was so far into it that the only humane thing to do was to euthanize. The doctor and techs were amazing and compassionate. They scanned her for a microchip first, and allowed me to stay with her the whole time. Then when I got the bill, they did not charge for the exam or test, just the euthanasia. The entire time they were sweet and understanding with this strange situation, and I cannot praise them enough!

The staff are always friendly, compassionate, and make you feel like they have plenty of time for you even though they’re always very busy. Thank you for being there for pets and owners in need and having one of the worst days of their lives together.

(July 4, 2020, 7:56 am)This veterinary hospital is excellent! The Vets there are really great at what they do! The whole staff is so wanderfull, very nice, extremely caring, my dog Oliver was having heart failure, and they were all so good to him in his last hours! They understood the loss I was dealing with and gave me all the time I needed with him! I was so emotional and they all were so understanding and caring! They couldn’t save Oliver but they made him very comfortable in his last hours! The Vets were up front and honest with me about his condition and I really appreciated that! They even allowed me to make payments towards the bill! I am grateful for everything they did for me! It was extremely hard loosing Oliver! I miss him everyday!
