Dr. Van Horn has been the first person that has given me actual relief overtime and has shown me in multiple ways his commitment to my health. He goes out of his way to provide excellent care and is very thorough. I don't think I can recommend him enough.

(May 11, 2017, 7:25 pm)Doctor van horn is an amazing professional! I started having terrible pain, recommended to see him by a friend and he was quick to get me in, and get X-rays. My X-rays revealed some problems and he started treatment right away. I was in his physical therapy when I got diagnosed with a musculoskeletal disorder shortly after. Doctor van horn understood and worked his best to get me treated and feeling good again. I would also like to say how professional and friendly his staff is, they made you a priority and treated you like family always. I highly recommend this practice.
