Sweetwater Sound

Sweetwater is the best at old fashioned customer service. I've been trading with Sweetwater for almost 10 years now. Their selection is unmatched and their prices are competitive. Their sales engineering staff is knowledgeable and courteous and will "bend over backwards" to keep you happy. I have received musical equipment that wasn't quite up to what I was expecting and they never failed to "make it right". The only reason I wouldn't buy from them is they just don't carry what I'm looking for. They won't leave you hanging if you have problems after the sale - their technical staff will do everything necessary to get you up and running or come up with a working solution - including trading to a different piece of equipment. In my opinion, this is the business model every retailer should be using. In fact, if I lived in Ft. Wayne, I would put in an employment application so I could be part of their community! Kudos, Sweetwater!

Great service! I've placed two orders (With Nick), both international as I live in Canada. The first order was on my door step in 2 days, the second order was on my door step the very next day! I was shocked. Domestic shipping has never been that fast. Even with the exchange rate, it was cheaper for me to order from Sweetwater. Great store, great selection, great online information, great YouTube channel with lots of gear reviews. Fantastic experience all around!

Long story short, I bought some stuff (online) from Sweetwater for my recently acquired guitar hobby. $30 worth of stuff from a who knows how big company. I get a call the next morning from an actual person. The email I kind of expected in today's auto-generated world. But a real person?! Did I order a piano on accident? Anyway, got my stuff in like 2 days. Couple days later, I get another follow-up call. I dig it. So the next time I was in the area, I stopped in. This place is cool. I made a purchase (bigger than I planned, but I got a good deal in my eyes) Next day (Monday) I got a follow-up call. Wasn't sure, but I thought I had a problem with my new guitar. A week of me dragging my feet and being busy, I had several calls and emails with Jacob my sales rep, and their guitar tech team. All trying to figure out how to "make it right". All along it was my inexperience, but the attention to customer satisfaction was duly noted. I will recommend Sweetwater to anyone.

UPDATED---I popped in there the other evening just to glance around the Guitar Room, to see if anything changed on the pricing for the holidays. Then I walked to the room with the microphones and studio monitors, asked a question about a decibel meter, and then strolled around browsing in the keyboard and piano room.

Was not planning on looking for a stage piano, but ended up setting up a purchase. Extremely helpful staff---very patient and very informative. A Plus! I highly recommend them, unequivocally.

***UPDATE***
Since my initial visit, I have been back multiple times, having bought now new and used merchandise, to include a digital soundboard, an analog sound board, analog EQ, a pair of 15 inch PA speakers, and a beautiful-sounding 88 Key Stage piano from the used gear shop, Plus two brand new electric guitars and a terrific practice amp.

I continue to be more impressed with each passing visit.
I cannot possibly recommend Sweetwater Sound and they're incredibly capable sales team more highly.
