  Max Impact truly changed my life. When starting my fitness journey with them over three years ago I never thought I would be able to get through a workout without the coaches helping me modify. Yet over 3 years later and I am the strongest, healthiest and happiest I have ever been. I have made life long friends who are also amazing accountability partners. They work hard to get to know you as a person and your fitness goals. I am truly grateful I made the decision to attend my first class. I will never go back to my old way of life.

  IndyMaxImpact is one of the most supportive fitness environments that I have experienced. The staff and women who workout here are encouraging, motivating and full of knowledge to help you meet your fitness goals. I was able to meet and maintain my initial goals within 5 months of starting their workouts! The workouts are challenging (but great!) and manageable with Coach led modifications for all fitness levels when needed. You will be pushed to challenge yourself mentally and physically, all while having the camaraderie of a fantastic group of women and coaches. The nutrition guidance combined with personal one on one goal setting/training will help you achieve your goals. Max Impact offers all of this. I highly recommend!   I have a Master’s degree in exercise physiology and this is, by far, the best gym I have ever been to. Great workouts, modifications for those who need it, motivating, helpful staff and very supportive environment. Love that it’s for women only!

  This is more than a great gym with amazing coaches. When I started, I was just looking for a place to get some fun workouts and meet other women. I ended up finding a community of strong, empowered, supportive women and getting in the best shape of my life. I look forward to the workouts, and not just because someone watches my kids for an hour. :)
  Oh and Zach also helps you with meal plans and nutrition tips, which changed so much about how my family and I eat. I’m so thankful for this gym and the coaches. Thank you!

  I've worked out for a long time and I wasn't getting the results I wanted. Max Impact changed all that. Their instructors know how to level you up in strength and cardio workouts. They also provide nutritional guidance that is proven to work. I now have much greater strength, muscle definition, and a leaner body. Plus the workouts are fun and the atmosphere is very encouraging. I love this place!!
