  5+ Stars!!! These guys are the VERY BEST!!!! We were having an issue with iron and sulfur in our water. Kirk came out and looked everything over and determined that we just had the lever on the water filter turned in the wrong direction! He spent time after running the water and testing it to see if that solved our issue. It did, and that was that. He didn't try to sell us any equipment and didn't even charge us for the call! It would have been very easy for him to tell me we needed to buy something from them, but he didn't. You don't find many companies that honest anymore! Thanks, Kirk, and thanks, C & J!!

  I got an appointment right away for a free water test and I was told that they could install my RO system and water softener in about 3 business days. I was expecting to hear 2 or 3 weeks, but this was going to be quick! For the water testing and the installation, they showed up on time, got the job done, explained everything to me and left. No one pressured me or tried to sell me things I didn’t need or want. Now my water feels good and tastes good. My only regret is that I didn’t do it years ago!

  Recently purchased from C&J a water softener system. When the two technicians arrived at the house to install the unit, both were very professional and helpful in the process. They took the time to explain in detail what they were doing from presenting the contract to the work itself. They also took the time to stop and answer any questions that I or my wife had regarding the work. They took the time to explain the system to me and how it worked and what I needed to do to maintain it properly. It was a pleasure to have them at the house and see the quality of their work which was very, very good. They left me feeling that I had made a good and right decision on having them install the unit. I would not hesitate in recommending C&J to anyone looking to have a water softener installed.   The entire process with C&J water was amazing. Great explanation from Kirk during our analysis and what our options were to get the iron and smell out of the water. The installation team did a great job explain the actual equipment and how to service it. As a previous service manager, I really appreciated when the installation tech, said "let me take one more look" before leaving our home. He double checked the equipment and the work area to make sure no trash or tools were left behind!

  My builder actually recommended C&J when I inquired about having a water softener installed in my new home after I moved in. I called and was immediately talking to someone who took the time to understand my needs, home size, usage and explained my options in detail. Once I had decided on what I wanted, he quickly sent over a written quote so price was set and there were no surprises at the time of install.
  
  We scheduled the install for the next week and they were able to get me a 4 PM appointment so I didn't have to take much time off work. I was told the installer would call me 30 mins prior so I would know exactly when to leave work. I was skeptical of this having been told the same thing by other service installers in the past but was pleasantly surprised when I got a call at 3:30 that my installer was on his way. Sad that someone keeping their word is impressive these days but it is.
  
  The install was quick and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He explained what he was installing as he went and explained the function of each part of the softener and dechlorinator as he put them in. After giving me a full overview of the system, the best kind of salt to purchase and the recommended maintenance schedule, he left his number with me before leaving in case I had any further questions.
  
  I don't take the time to leave reviews as often as I probably should but when C&J followed up and asked for my feedback, I was more than happy to do so. Honest, quality service is getting to be rare and those who provide it deserve the recognition for doing so.
