  I had a positive experience at the Kia Store. I found a vehicle that I wanted via their robust online search. We drove down there to look at the car, and it was in excellent shape. We took it to a local garage who confirmed the vehicle was in excellent condition. Their price was in the mid-range of the KBB, so a fair price. The car had new tires, new floor mats, and a full flush and fill on the necessary fluids.
  Jorge was a responsive salesman, quick to contact me with answers to questions.
  There was a small problem with the carfax which was resolved promptly.
  I am deducting one star because there was an undisclosed fee ($300 for detailing) which I thought I should have been told about up front. Further, the financial office did not work to find me the lowest interest rate. Instead they gave me a middling interest rate, and then tried to upsell an extended service plan that if I purchased would bring down the interest rate but extend the number of months. That could have been more transparent as well.
  Overall a positive experience. I'd buy from them again, although I would be insistent about full disclosure of all fees and multiple financing options.

  I haven’t bought a car yet. I’ve visited a few times really weighing my options. Dillion has been great. No pressure and friendly. Definitely come see him if you need a car.
