Riot CrossFit

I've joined gyms, attended classes, tried home workouts and nothing compares to the atmosphere like Riot. They treat you like family here. Crossfit may sound scary but they have many different ways to modify a workout so anyone can do it. Joining Riot is one of the best decisions I've made.

This gym is THE best! Not only are the owners and coaches amazing, but the members are welcoming and encouraging. You will get an incredible workout tailored to your needs regardless of your age or fitness/skill level.

I joined Riot several months ago looking for a gym "family". I immediately felt welcomed by the members and staff. The staff is very knowledgeable of all aspects of Crossfit and the positive impact it has on a person mentally and physically. I look forward to entering the gym, knowing a challenge awaits. I continue to go back because I'm encouraged to be 1% better than the day before. I am stronger because of Riot and I have a wonderful and supportive gym fam to help me along the way.

This gym is more than a gym! It has given me my life back! I look forward to going every day and there isn’t a more supportive group of people in any other gym around! We are family here and welcome every new member with open arms, encouragement, and accountability. My daughter does the kids class and it has given her confidence and a family away from home as well.
