They did a great job! Pat A. Was our associate and he was very professional while also being super friendly and personable. I have birds and they even took special precautions to make sure they were treating my home effectively without risk of harm to my birds. I truly enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them!

I use Black Diamond for their interior/exterior pest control services(ants, spiders etc.) I also use their mosquito service from April to October. They have always done a great job. They are knowledgeable, timely, and efficient. Their services are affordable and really do work. Today, I want to give an extra kudos to my service technician Wesley Jump. He did a great job of explaining my interior service. I think he went the extra mile and that was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Black Diamond to anyone.

After a multitude of issues over the course of a few years we just stopped setting up services. John happened to stop by our house to ask us about the situation. After explaining everything he came back personally with Ryan. They went through every inch of the house and all the traps previously set. Showed what they found and made their suggestions. They apologized for the inconvenience and I appreciated the personal approach to taking care of our concerns. Explained in detail how all this works. John Powell definitely saved us as a customer due to his straight forward character and professionalism. When its done right, this is the most value for pest control. I will say we stopped looking for other company's to spray our home and yard due to how management has addressed our concerns and the solutions they provided.

Hands down the best service around! We had an issue last summer (or so) with an insect penetrating the drywall in my daughter’s bathroom. So before I got into panic mode I emailed the video to Josie White-Jones who immediately responded with a confirmation that it did indeed look like termites and she had someone call me right away for an inspect. The tech came out and confirmed the results and provided treatment within a few short days. Fast, professional and pleasant service by far. Thank you Black Diamond, Josie and the tech for providing me with a peace of mind and resolving the issue so quickly. Here we are going into the second year and still no problems. THANK YOU!!!
