Amazing service! I couldn't find a Green Mountain Grill cover west of the Mississippi. Lucking not only did these guys have it in stock, but shipped it to me in 3 days! Now my smoker can sit safely outside! Thank you!

Couldn't have asked for better customer service! From staying after hours so I could come pick up my smoker to giving me pointers and tips on how it works to also helping me load it and strap it down in my truck. I will definitely be back for any of my smoker needs!

If you want a grill/ smoker and heat service before and after the sale look no further. Does not matter if you are new to cooking this way or a seasoned world champion this is the only place to visit.

Charcoal and more has a fantastic supply of the most sought-after competition BBQ items, from injections and rubs, to wood chips and chunks, all the way up to barbecue grills and smokers large enough to do a whole hog... And everything in between. Hal Wagner is a wealth of knowledge (with the barbecue trophies to show for it) and always easy to talk to. I get what I need and always learn something new. His staff is great too.
