Vitor's Bistro & Sushi Bar

Great first time experience! Had the 18oz ribeye and 3 sushi rolls between 2 of us and it was cooked to perfection. This place is a small town hidden gem. We'll definitely be back!

I have been wanting to try Vitor's for a while, and I tell ya what! They did not disappoint!! Every bite was perfect!
We started with Fire Tuna Roll. It was a healthy size roll, and certainly could be a meal for one, and was so fresh and delicious.
I ordered the Upstate Chicken. The chicken was cooked perfectly, with a great crispy breading, piled on top of some veggies and mashed potatoes, and topped with gravy. It was fantastic!
My husband ordered the Bright Burger, it was a bit tall making it kind of hard to eat, but it tasted great and was cooked to perfection, the fries were so airy, and flavorful.
Vitor's serves house pork rinds, rather than a bread basket to each table. Normally we wouldn't eat pork rinds, but they smelled so good, we had to taste them, and we were pleasantly surprised. They were very warm and crispy, and had great flavor, nothing like the bagged ones at the grocery.
Our waiter was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is casual, simply decorated in a good way, very clean and comfortable.
I can't wait to go back to Vitor's Bistro & Sushi Bar! I 100% recommend this restaurant.

Went for Burger Night again... absolutely the best burger in Bright. Before the burgers we got the Fire Tuna sushi roll and tempura mushrooms (new menu item)... buy we're great! My wife got the mushroom burger and I tried the Black & Blue burger special. Chef Vitor and team do a great job!

Had the wonton cheese sticks and butcher burger. Everything was cooled well. The burger pay was great texture, but needed more salt. Will go back for their Wednesday burger nights.

Hands down the best thing hidden away in greater Cincinnati. Chef Vitor makes it a point to get to know his regulars and makes sure everyone is happy with their dining experience in his restaurant. Five stars is not nearly enough!

Edit to add we have returned dozens of times since leaving the initial review- 5 stars every time! I used to dislike sushi but Chef Vitor has converted me to a sushi lover!
