This was only the second time I've been to this particular branch, but ill remember it. The teller Samantha greeted me quickly, politely and with great positive energy. She helped me take care of the issue at hand and couldn't have been more helpful, not to mention she's very pretty. Overall a great experience.
My family banked with fifth third in Delhi as I grew up, now my daughter and I also bank here in Lawrenceburg..they were great in understanding she was 16, first job..first bank account that she had more access to and could use on her own..when she accidentally overdraft her account because she didn't understand what the app was saying with the pending and the amount..they took the charge off and was willing to let it all go and just allow her next deposit come in and she would not have any money taken ..no kind of charges or anything... Of course I went and put a $20 in just because I felt bad for her.. so at least she could look at her app and see it was not negative $4.00 but now she had a little over $16.00 ..I just told her to leave it there don't spend that ..always leave it in there... ..the bank was great with her in allowing her to learn about banking... No problems no arguments..all u get is ..no problem let's see how we can fix this and they took about 2 minutes total on the phone to fix it and assure me it was okay and she would not have no money taken from her next deposit..they were fast..nice.. understanding..they're all just amazing there in Lawrenceburg... I highly recommend it for a kids first account because they'll help and they do understand the learning process of a first checking account and being so young.. they honestly do everything possible to keep us as customers 100% satisfied not 99.9% ..but 100%
