  We have been with State Farm Insurance for over 40 years. In that time we have had several agents in different areas. We have had some very good agents (Susan Westervelt comes to mind) and some not so good agents. But when we made investments in Indiana, Susie Ricke, State Farm is who we chose and I could not be happier with that decision.
  Susie is the very best agent we have ever had help us with our insurance needs. Not only is she the best but she always has the best stall as well! I love to stop in and see them every time I am in Greensburg. They are always cordial and competent and a pleasure to do business with.

  I love working with Susie Ricke and her office. We had an accident a few months ago and they were SUPER to work with. We had a pay out check within a week. The process was simple and easy, and they walked us through it step by step. Same thing with building a house or switching vehicles - updating our info and policies is a breeze. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They definitely have a customer for life.
