  Excellent service! I have a fair amount of dental anxiety and have had terrible luck finding an office I am comfortable with. Jill and Brittany definitely helped ease anxiety I was having going into treatment, and Dr. Lindsey was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!

  My family has been going to this dentist office for a few years now and always have a great experience. Sarah did great with my four year old daughter today and Jill was always great as usual. I always look forward to talking to Brittney on the way out at the front desk or if I have to call in for payments or scheduling. All of the staff at WFD are very friendly and welcoming.

  I went here as a teen, moved away, and came right back when I moved back to Auburn! The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Brittney at the front desk has always been wonderful; she can help you with anything you need and always with a smile! My last hygienist Bethany was fun to chat with and very caring with my teeth! I especially appreciate the bird/squirrel feeders outside of some of the rooms, and the general cozy ambience of the building. You can tell that comfort is the main priority, which is very much appreciated. Definitely would recommend!

  I have been going to Waterloo Family Dentistry in Indiana for as long as I can remember. The staff here could not be any nicer, I have recently just met the new Doctor that took over for Dr. Larry Payne, and she could not be any better or nicer, with today only being the second time I’ve seen her, I’m very comfortable having her work on my teeth. Last week, I saw Jill (cleaning) for my usual 6 month cleaning, and with being kinda new of seeing her, she’s very friendly and super kind! I am very comfortable with talking with her about basically anything, if asked, since I do love to talk! And the front desk lady, Brittany, she is super sweet as well and has a very friendly attitude and smile every-time I see her!

  I came for a couple of procedures to be done at the same visit. Bethany was incredibly patient and caring throughout my longer appointment/procedures. I was very well taken care of - and am thankful for being able to have things all done in the same appointment.
  The front office staff is also amazing! They are consistently welcoming, kind and helpful! Brittany is - always ready to greet us with a smile!! We’re thankful for the help and care we receive at Waterloo Family Dentistry!
