(December 22, 2020, 5:58 am)The new Auburn Dollar General building is significantly better than the previous store. Located strategically east of the vast majority of shopping and dining options and on the main road in centered between residential and commercial, it is great for anyone who does not want to travel into the busier part of town. Although moving farther from the Interstate may cost them potential traveling through customers, the gain of local customers likely will overcome that.
The new building is the highlight of the move. It is a brand new building that was built specifically for Dollar General and their needs; allowing them to better serve customers and optimize the shopping experience.
Overall, I love the new building and the new location and look forward to shopping there more than ever. -
