I've done business with 3Rivers Archery for a few years now have no problem getting what I ordered, great service and selection of products, I'm having a little trouble with this last order, it's been 2 weeks or more, but I have faith that they will come through.

Outstanding customer service. I needed to confirm a few things on a bow before ordering it and Jennifer went above and beyond to assist me. Without even having to ask, she personally went out to the warehouse to inspect the bow for a few key features and also provided me with photos before making my purchase. After that, she facilitated my order while making sure to pull the bow from inventory so it wouldn't get oversold(there was only one left). Her eagerness to help along with her cheerful demeanor definitely secured 3Rivers a customer for life.
