It's a great place to work. Plenty of NON mandatory overtime. You can also choose day or night shift. Or swing and work both day and night. Management is very aware of your personal needs and will permit time off to conduct your business. The work is not heavy or hard. It's a clean environment climate controlled. And it's the best place I have worked in. Promotions and advancements are up to you. If you are willing to apply yourself. I work 8:00 am to 5:30 pm with an hour lunch that permits me to go and take care of some persolal stuff
