(June 4, 2020, 10:52 am)I was a victim of a scam caller that used the One Call Center number to call me.. They ended up taking every penny I had from all three accounts. I was a crying mess, but Lake City's STELLAR call center and Auburn branch ladies took the most amazing care of me. The Customer Protection Services team had my issues resolved and money back in my accounts within 24 hours. Customer Service is everything!

(July 6, 2018, 10:13 am)Most of the ladies are wonderful to work with but the lady with the short brown hair is terribley rude. She acts like she you’re a bother to her and I’ve witnessed her be rude to other employees as well. Other than her, the place is wonderful!
