  Very friendly staff and they went above and beyond when I noticed a mistake with my order. The food tasted great as always and is the same quality as the other locations I've been to along the east coast/abroad.
  
  One piece of feedback would be to have a pager/buzzer system like the other franchise locations I've been to instead of having us give a phone number to let us know when our food is ready - it gets pretty loud in the kitchen so my number got mistyped and it will probably make the order process smoother.
  
  Nonetheless, good experience overall and will definitely drop by again if I'm back in the area!

  Very clean place and the food was incredible. Burger was so perfect and juicy and cooked to perfection. Chicken strips were great as well. You have to try the cheese frys. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The manager is top notch. Couldn't have had a better experience.

  Tried Shake Shack for the first time today. Service was excellent, ease of ordering was good, and time to get the food was reasonable. 5/5 for all that. I thought the burger had great flavor. It tasted fresh, was hot, and felt like it was made by someone who really wanted to take the time to get it right. 5/5 on that. The only minor drawback seemed to be the cost, but I think you get what you pay for. I got the double and a large drink for $12.50. Probably a little more than what I would pay at other popular GOOD burger places for a similar meal, but again, I felt the quality was spot on. Great job guys!

  We stopped here on the way to Raleigh because my partner had never tried Shake Shack before. It’s probably my favorite chain and this location didn’t disappoint. Lots of seating (we ate outside and it was a really nice space), the food was great, and the staff was awesome. Thanks again!
