I discovered a crack in the inner portion of one of our wheels. I contacted Lionshead warranty (Beth) and provided the requested pics and warranty form. I fully expected to have to jump through hoops and wait months for a reply. Two days later, Beth responded with the approval of the claim and an unexpected reimbursement for remounting my tire to the new wheel. I was unaware of the LIFETIME warranty of Lionshead wheels. So refreshing to have a company actually live up to its warranty claims. Even going beyond and passing a few bucks for tire remounting. Is it a PIA to have a cracked wheel? Yes, but stuff happens. This company will stand by their product.
Beth Scott, warranty manager is amazing! We had a problem with a cracked RV wheel and went to Lionshead Specialty Tire and Wheel’s website filled out the warranty information with photos and sent it to Beth Scott, she was on it! Being we travel full time she was able to have our new warranty RV wheel ready to pick-up from their plant. She also mentioned tire shops located nearby and we had the new wheel mounted and we were ready to go in less than 20 minutes. Thank You Lionshead and Beth Scott, what a TEAM!
I was blown away by the great customer service that Lionshead Specialty Tire & Wheel provides. I found a problem with my camper tires while getting ready for a trip. I looked at my paper work from when I bought the camper and found that Lionshead is who provided the wheels and tires. On the website they had easy to follow instructions on what to do for a warranty claim. In less then a week they responded to my email, answered some questions over the phone, and shipped out 4 new tires! These days it is hard to find customer service like that.

We were about to leave on our first camping trip in our brand new RV less than a week old with a tear in one of our tires.
I connected our dealer, who directed us to the LionsHead warranty department.
I submitted all the documents required to LionsHead and stood by more documents or questions (none the formentioned came). Come to find out, LionsHead has a "No Excuses Guarantee," which we qualified for.
Ms. Beth Scott took care of us, shipping us a new Tire, and ensured us that we would receive a refund for the tire installation (set fee applie). This fee covered the installation.
Ms. Beth's customer service is far beyond what I expected.
