(September 15, 2023, 9:05 am)Mechanical Man got a technician out to our house within two days of first contact. Our plumbing technician was prompt, friendly, courteous, and diagnosed the problem, which turned out not to be a plumbing issue. While this didn't fix our issue, at least we now know what the issue IS, and that's worth the service fee. I'm happy with that result, and the experience. Would consider using them again.

(July 18, 2023, 1:20 pm)We lost cooling in one of our central A/C units over this past weekend. We called Mechanical Man for a repair. Dillon their tech. came out at the time he stated on the phone. It was a Saturday so it was an after hours call. Being a business owner, I understand this. Dillon was a very professional, polite and friendly Tech. He got to it right away and had the unit repaired within an hour or so. I have used them in the past for plumbing and gas and, will continue to do so in the future. I appreciate the professional service and the no B.S. approach to solving the issue. With guests coming in for the next ten days. I wanted both units operating while they are here. Thank you again Dillon for the great service!!

They performed a quick plumbing rough-in for a new sink location in my home. On time, on the spot estimate, estimate approved, work done that afternoon. Clean professional installation. I thank you!

He then shared my options with no pressure or expectation. I appreciated the customer focused experience that I had with Marcelo. He made the difference. -

(May 15, 2023, 11:09 am)Absolutely the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. Very reasonable prices and professional. Doug was super helpful and gave me all my options so that I could make the best decision for my budget. No pushy sales pitch! My ac stopped working, I put in a request for a repair man over the weekend, someone called me Monday morning and someone was at my house in less than an hour and fixed my unit. Will definitely use again!
