So grateful! Bob came out on a Saturday because my furnace quit blowing. Extremely knowledgeable and professional but also very helpful and kind. Reasonable rates even for a Saturday. Was able to get the furnace running again when there was a hard to find blockage. Explained everything in detail. Will gladly go to A Good Neighbor Heating & Cooling again. Highly recommend! Glad I called them!!

Dealing with Bob and his crew was a great experience. Very fair in pricing and exceptional in service. We were given options to choose, taking into consideration our actual needs, giving room for any "wants" with our new system. Did not try to oversell us, was very frank and open about what our old system was and what our home needed. Answered any and all questions, especially after other companies came in and TOLD us what we needed. The installation techs were professional and excellent in their approach. They were very willing to answer questions and go through the operation of the system. Highly recommend for honesty, integrity and customer oriented service.

I called their system after hours to get in touch, and the *owner* called me not 15 minutes later to start the quoting process. They then promptly worked with me to find a system that made sense for my budget, installed it when they said they would, within the time frame they said they would. They even talked me out of a more expensive system that I specifically asked for, citing good reasons and explaining things to me extremely well. The install team was polite, professional, did high quality work, and cleaned up after themselves very well. Use A Good Neighbor HVAC, no question.

This was a great experience. I wasn't sure how it would go in the middle of winter, but we needed it done to help our allergies, so I decided to give it a try. We were very pleased! They arrived on time, communicated well and were professional. They kept the house as warm as possible and did a thorough job. They gave us tips to help with the house and generally seemed to care. We will definitely use them again.
