Honestly, it’s a beautiful park! Tons of trails and scenic beauty! Perfect for the kids to get energy out and let the dogs play. The big red barn is perfect if you want to catch a few selfies or make some snap chats.
WAY cooler then I expected! This is a must see! Be sure to look for the portrait and the writing just to the left of it in pencil of a true account on the day the Titanic sank written by the man who started this grist mill. Very cool history!
what a nice place to take an afternoon stroll. although at least with T-Mobile I did not have any cell phone service anywhere around the grounds....so be sure that is not a requirement while visiting. Plenty to see and take photos of. and some nice trails to walk around the park. They did have a covered area with picnic tables, as well as a few picnic tables scattered throughout the park.
Beautiful trails! Some are needing to be fixed and reopened due to flooding only reason in giving 4/5 stars. The mill is free and open everyday but Mondays. During the summer they will run the mill and you can watch them make flour. Great family activity and great place to take photos
Mill was neat but couldn't see very well, a stofm knocked out all the power but the mill still turned, water powered. Beautiful flowers.
