Elephant Hill Mobile Home Park

The turnaround of this park is absolutely mind blowing! As a member of the community it is great to see all of the hard work and dedication that has been put into it over the years. Years ago I would never even think twice about living there let alone driving through but now I would absolutely live there. Homes have been updated, CLEAN yards, respectful neighbors and great staff running the place now. Job well done!

Great place to live and raise your kids. It is a very quiet neighborhood, clean, safe, and you don't have to worry about your stuff getting stolen, or your kids finding needles outside, like you do other areas in town. Management fixes anything that needs fixed quickly and are continuing to do what they can to better the community. I've lived here 3 years and have seen improvements yearly with new trailers, newly paved roads, and more community involvement/events. We love it here.

This mobile home park has been completely transformed over the last few years, and I cannot wait to see what’s to come in the future!

The property manager is very diligent trying her best to ensure the renters coming in will be a good asset to the community. She has been extremely helpful with any questions, and very responsive of any issues! She has been trying to make this a place people are proud to call home, and feel safe enough letting their kiddos out to play.

Compared to how this park was back in the early 2010's, it's been a huge improvement. Newly paved roads, newer homes to live in, 3BR homes. Rent can be a little on the high end, but like no crime, people keep there yards in good shape, and if you have kids, they can play basketball or whatever in the roadways and people aren't speeding around the park. Real attentive people living up here. Have lived here for about 3 years so far. No complaints. Amanda and Amy has done an excellent job with the upkeep and the look of the park!

No words! The transformation of this place is amazing! In two short years it looks like a whole new area! You can tell the property manager truly cares about how well the community is maintained and expects all the residents to help keep it looking nice. Great asset for the City of Connersville for housing!
