I have used Sprecher's since 2001, five cars and I would not even consider going anywhere else. They provide excellent work, they are friendly, trustworthy and hold themselves to a high standard of quality work. I love that they are local and therefore have a vested interest in the community . One of the things I appreciate most is there is a record of all the work that has been done on all my vehicles.
This is an added plus when I trade cars. There is evidence of the care I took in having repairs done when needed as well as routine maintenance

We are new to the area and I was sure we had a bad alternator, we booked a time with Kenny (owner) and dropped off our car the night before. Next day we get a call and turns out it was a frozen pulley that was chewing up the belt and not allowing the belt to drive the alternator.

They could have easily charged us for a new alternator, belt, and pulley. Instead they fixed only what needed to be fixed and sent us on our way for half of what we expected.

In the current climate of the world I found this to be remarkable, kind, and professional. Their rates are fair, the work is excellent, and we will be customers as long as we are near.

I took my Nissan pathfinder here to have my cooling fans replaced. I dropped my car off Thursday evening, they called me Friday afternoon to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle and to request permission to order the part, and had the car ready by Monday afternoon. The cooling fan assembly itself was pricey at about $515. They only charged me $160 in labor. This was after quoting me about $200 in labor. So far my car has been running great, with no problems. I would definitely bring my car back here for servicing.
