Eric was phenomenal. Went above and beyond to take care of me as I was unfamiliar with the juice selections. He pointed my toward the perfect juice and I’m loving every hit. Now the store. Cleanest store I’ve ever been into. Cleaner than some of the lounges and a very welcoming atmosphere!

This is my third time going in the store. I purchased a Novo. I had purchased two prior to this visit but today I was taken care of with a great customer experience. He explained how to use it, asked me if I needed it primed and set it all up for me. No one else had done that. I forgot his name. Sorry. But I will be back because of the time and care he took.

I’ve gone to Cool Breeze for 2 years now, and I won’t shop anywhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help answer any questions, they’ll help with your devices and will explain what works better with what you request. It’s very clean and very professional but also very a enjoyable place to be.
