  I've been a lot of facilities & hospitals, this was hands down the best experience. You're not in a facility with a mixed population of sick people with various medical needs. Everyone is here for a surgery but isn't sick.
  
  I got one on one care, the staff didn't seem stressed out & was almost like a healthcare concierge. They always cleaned trash off my bed tray even if coming in to check vitals, or something unrelated as one example. You can tell they really care about the patient experience.
  
  No you don't get cafeteria food, but you do still get snacks & sometimes Masterson's catering during meal times, and the cafeteria isn't much to miss as it is. If I ever needed another procedure I would really hope this facility is an option.

  I went for a routine colonoscopy. Despite having had one about ten years ago, I was still quite nervous. Everyone at the hospital was so kind and understanding. They seemed to truly care about my comfort bringing a warm blanket immediately after I disrobed and patiently answering questions and concerns that I had before beginning the procedure. I truly appreciate each and every person who cared for me while there. While I can't say I look forward to a repeat when I am due another, since it is necessary I am glad to know this hospital will be there for me.

  The nurses & assistants are Amazing. The medical ctr is clean . The ER associates were Fantastic. Dr Richard Sweet the Best dr. for total knee replacement. Kate Hamilton his assistant is Wonderful. They all took the Greatest care of me. Highly recommend this place. They go way beyond to take care if you.

  This is an excellent facility as a substitute or n place of, for the Hospitals. It stays, almost every visit I come here for, stays almost perfectly Clean-Spotless almost. The nurses & people who work for this clinic, are VERY helpful...with pretty much anything, you'd ask 4. My Doc, the only 1 I could speak for, it's very good-excellent even. He's like, a partner here/or part of the partnership, that owns this Med Cntr. but he's humble so you couldn't tell it. Bathrooms clean, fresh coffee &, soft drinks, with vending machines. BUT, O like the ROOMS the best. If single our double occupancy, there's adequate space, each, & the room I'm n has lounging chair & long couch, for pt's frnz/fam. But is set up for single bed & for the appointment I'm scheduled for. Thnx, sorry so long, just lots to tell u.

PMC is an outstanding medical center! The new building has lots of parking and very easy access into the building. The waiting rooms have lots of seating and most importantly lots of toys for the kids while you wait for your appointment time.
