  Front staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Matthews is AMAZING! Personable. Smiling. Customer oriented. Honest.
  Check-in is WONDERFUL! Went above and beyond customer service. The technician was absolutely delightful. I recommend Preferred eye Care to anyone who wants a great customer service experience.

  I just started going to preferred eye care and I absolutely love it friendly staff , very clean office 10/10 would recommend.

  I’ve been coming in for years. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor is so nice. Great selection of frames.

  Dr fetig is very thorough in eye exams. He monitors my eyes so I don't develop glaucoma. He takes time to answer my questions and provides a pleasant experience. 10/10!

  Extremely kind and caring staff! Dr Matthew's is upon first impressions very kind and gentle demeanor. They all put me very much at ease and he explained everything to me. I did not feel rushed to make a quick decision . I highly recommend Dr Matthew's and his staff at Preferred Eye Care in Marion!!
