Water World

Super friendly and after I bought the several items that I wanted they help me put everything into my vehicle.

I was in a very rough place with chemical burns and incorrect info on how to take care of my brand new spa or should I say how NOT to take care of it. I did not purchase this spa from Water World but you sure would not know this by how Kathy went above and beyond on customer service. She has had the patience to teach me how/what chemicals to use on my spa along with purging it and getting it balanced with a mineral product so that my hubby can now get in with me as he was having severe reactions to the chemicals. She really CARES about her customers and their personal needs. I think of her as a friend, not just Owner of the store. If you need anything in pools or spas she is your gal, she is AMAZING!!!

When you go to Waterworld you usually are needing assistance. And that is exactly what you get, they are always going out of their way to MAKE SURE you leave there with nothing but the best service and are 100 % satisfied. Absolutely the Best!!! It's nice to know that as a customer you WILL be taken great care of.

I was having problems with the clarity of the pool water. I told the ladies about my problem and they recommended a treatment plan. It was clear the very next day! It was a 2 day plan and they asked me to bring in a sample 4 days later. The water tested perfect. They are very understanding with my problems and are very aware of how to fix them. They have saved the day for my pool quite a few times. Thank you ladies for assisting me with all my problems. I don’t know where I would go if you weren’t there. Thank you!

We bought a used pool from a friend and set it up ourselves. Other businesses in town wouldn't even answer our questions or give us advice since we didn't buy our pool from them! Which didn't make any sense...they had to have known we would be back to buy supplies/chemicals!! Water World went above and beyond to help us and answer ALL our newbie questions! I would highly recommend them for all of your pool needs! The staff is always so friendly and helpful every time we walk thru their door. We are preparing to enjoy our pool again this summer and will always be buying our supplies from Water World!!
