I switched to Mr. Puthran agency and it has been absolutely an amazing experience. From the live person answering to the entire staff, I have experienced nothing but professional, respectful and most important caring people. We've had a few auto claims during that time (window chip, hit a deer, parking lot damages) and the process was always quick and easy. Not only that, but Ranj himself is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He really does care about you.
