Main Street On The Monon

We absolutely love living here. The community is nice and quiet, the apartment walls are thick and we never hear our neighbors, they are pet friendly, the maintenance staff is responsive and helpful and the leasing office staff is superb! The location is perfect for a scenic view and Monon Trail access.

I have chosen this apartment based on the location, reasonable price, safety, amenities and the staff.
All the above are amazing!! The location is near the Carmel arts & design district that has plenty of shopping and recreation areas. The apartments are close to the Monon Trail and the Meadowlark park as well as having a basketball, tennis, swimming pool and fitness center close which makes life easier and happier.
The staff members are so nice and taking care of you very well, making sure everything goes very well and smoothly. Thank you Kristin and Erin for all your effort to help me settled down very quick, never forgot any single details.
The maintenance guys are so efficient and very quick. Amil is so nice and remembers anything you mentioned and takes care of all things. When I place any maintenance orders, they came in 24 hours to fix it. I found the microwave door is cracked, but I was okay with it. However, Amil and his manager said you do not have to afford that, we will order a new one and will install in 1-2 weeks.
Don is a very friendly professional maintenance guy. He fixed all problems I faced. One of these was the AC was not working properly one day. Once I sent a request, Kristin called me and sent Don and his manager to check the problem. Don informed me that he is going to check the problem from outside and he might come and go several times in order to be prepared. He went outside and found a wire was broken, he fixed it and the AC started to work very efficiently... the temperature dropped 2 degrees in less than 5 minutes. He thanked me to inform them with the problem and did not wait.

Honestly, I am blown away by the integrity this place is run with. I have worked with all 4 staff members in the office and have consistently had some of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They listen with compassion, concern, and have really gone above and beyond without my even asking! Just to do the right thing. Thoroughly impressed!
