I really appreciated the service I received here as a new patient. I was called a day ahead to work out some insurance issues, which was great because I'm sure they don't want people in any longer than need be and that saved me time day of. The gal in reception was fantastic and the gentleman who went through the "please wear this mask, temp check and sanitize" routine was very nice and even apologetic because he said some people had complained. I'm glad they are trying keeping themselves and us safe, thank you again! The Dr. ( Dr. Bailey) was good, you can tell she takes reminding patients that it's important to clean your contacts properly and went over those steps with me. Everything else was quick and easy! Everyone I interacted with were very nice and it made it more comfortable in a new setting.
