Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy

This was my first time doing physical therapy and I am glad I choose Team Rehab in Carmel. I had pulled my calf playing pickleball and needed guidance on my recovery from experts, instead of reading random rehab tips on the internet, which I had been doing. Aaron Gegg and his team were top notch, I will definitely return the next time I am dealing with an injury!

Aaron and all the staff there were absolutely amazing! When looking for a place to do physical therapy at, I searched a lot of pt locations, but team rehab is by far my best recommendation. The therapists were great at applying specialized treatment created specifically for my injury, walked me step-by-step through the exercises, and created a great environment for recovery! Definitely recommended for anyone, of any age or injury level.

Aaron and the team at Team Rehab were amazing. They started each appointment listening to what was going well and what was still difficult for me. They customized my exercises and overall PT experience to give me the best results. They made it easy to work my bi-weekly appointments into my schedule. The whole team went above and beyond to make each session a great experience. I am beyond pleased with the experience and the results. I am so thankful my doctor recommended them! I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again!!!

Wonderful place and caring team to get you back to your best. Aaron and everyone took very good care of me over the past 8 months i have been going there. I have become much stronger with less pain, but unfortunately have hit a plateau that nothing but back surgery is going to fix at this point. I know that when i return post-surgery Team Rehab's professionalism, expertise and caring ways will help get me to 100% as soon as is safely possible.

Super nice and super knowledgeable. From Katie at the front desk to my therapist Noah and all the others - i cannot say enough. They helped me ensure that the complex billing got handled in the right way without me having to do anything - thank you Katie. I went with what i thought was a 20 year long severe sciatica pain and came out a few weeks later without pain (it was not sciatica) and they fixed my chronic ankle pain from a long-ago car accident. AND taught me how to keep everything in good shape without much effort. Smart and caring.
