  The facilities are beautiful in a setting where the residents can easily take a walk outside in a park-like setting, and the staff members are caring and polite. They all seem to know everyone, residents and visitors alike, and address them by name in the common areas. Any concerns we have had are addressed promptly and effectively solved by the staff.
  
  The reason for the loss of one star is the food could be better—it’s not bad, but could definitely be better. At the meals, it would be nice to try to integrate new residents into the community more easily.
  
  Overall, The Stratford is a great place for my mother—she has been there a year and a half, and she really likes it.

  5 STAR!!! I helped move my mom from our family home two years ago into The Stratford. I toured many places in greater Indianapolis before helping my mom make the decision to move to The Stratford. Beyond measure The Stratford had the overall best of everything! The apartments are stunning, the dining area is beautiful and the food is delicious! The staff is 5 star! The residents are delightful and every time I’m there visiting my mom, I am reminded how grateful we are that she is living at The Stratford!

  This place is senior living at it's best. It's good for people who don't need a lot of help and people who need a little bit more. All of the staff are amazing and willing to help in any situation. They really go out of their way to help their residents with all of their needs. I would highly recommend.

  It was amazing to see such a beautiful community with a caring staff! I would feel confident sending my parents here when the time comes. I would highly recommend if you're considering at retirement to look at this place!!!!

  I'm not a resident, but my gf works at this location. I know that makes me biased, but I must mention how much I love the Stratford. The staff are always very friendly and the location is so beautiful. It's surrounded by a thriving community of professionals and retirees, which makes the atmosphere very safe and professional. My life goal is to make enough money so that I can someday retire in this beautiful community.
