  Well into my 2nd year of sessions; they're never easy, but the difference in how I feel is worth every minute of effort. My personal trainer, Kyle T, is an awesome motivator, and has crafted a well-planned program. The benefits of having a one-on-one session each week are invaluable; I was never a "gym/workout guy", but I actually plan my weekly schedule/travel around my Exercise Inc. sessions. I can't recommend this program enough!

  If you are reading this review, stop reading and call to make an appointment for a session. You won't regret it. The environment is clean and quiet. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. My trainer, Sid, challenges me every week. With over 2 years in, I can't imaging stopping. The workout is challenging, sometimes fun, and always exhausting but its only 20 minutes.

  What an awesome place with amazing people!!! I’ve been working with Kyle for a little over a month and my weekly appointment is already one of the highlights of my week! It’s fast, effective, empowering and fun! I’ve already lost 10 pounds and feel my muscles reawakening after a few years of inactivity. I wish I’d heard of Exercise Inc years ago / joining is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my overall health and well being / I definitely see myself renewing year after year.

  I'm glad I found this place. It has helped me gain strength without having to go to the gym daily. My workouts are great and I feel stronger every week after I leave. Coach Kyle is a great trainer and I look forward to continue to be a member for a long time.
