(February 19, 2019, 1:17 pm)I've lived here almost three years and still love it! The grounds are clean and well-kept and I love the gym and pool. The location is perfect-close to I-69 and plenty of shopping. The staff is responsive and always pleasant to work with. My experience has been exceptional and I don't plan to move anytime soon!

(January 14, 2019, 1:12 am)Management is so kind and willing to do anything to help! I absolutely love the apartment. The complex is well kept and the units themselves are so homey! I definitely recommend living at The Flats. Not only are the people wonderful but the location is ideal with being less than a 10 minute drive to the nearest mall and only a walk away from the nearest grocery store and sushi restaurant. We love our home at The Flats!

I feel very safe living here in this community & I honestly don’t have any complaints. The staff is extremely friendly & the few community members that I have met have been nice too. I highly recommend this complex!

(January 10, 2019, 9:43 am)The Flats of Fishers is a great place to live. The apartments are nice and well taken care of. I have a 3 bedroom for when my boys stay with me. Super quiet, clean and the staff has been absolutely great. Maintenance guys are really cool and personable and go beyond to help you out if needed. The price for a 3 bedroom cannot be beat for what you get. I don't care where you live you are going to have a situation. I have had none but I have great neighbors also. This place should be first on anyone's list.
