  Had a great experience getting added to my family members plan quick and easy with great customer service guy was really nice and didn’t try selling anything extra to try and make extra money even after noticing my case was a little rough and I didn’t have a screen protector.

  Walked in right before closing due to another location not having a phone in stock after calling ahead to verify. The employee (Ed) was already helping another individual, but was overwhelmingly willing to help with getting a new phone set up, even though at that point it was past closing. He worked with both myself and the other individual at the same time, and was very competent in multitasking, even though the system was not wanting to accept either transaction. He refused any suggestion of leaving early from either party to ensure everything was set up properly and all discounts were able to be applied (ended up staying 1.5 hours after closing. No high pressure sales, very professional and personable individual, and would absolutely recommend stopping in, should this individual be working. That being said, I've been to this location in the past and had a not so pleasant experience, so I guess it all just depends on who is working.

  Great customer service! I hadn't had a new phone is 4 years and the entire staff was so nice and helpful.
  They also treated each other with respect as they tried to solve problems. I'm impressed with everyone's professionalism.
