Breakfast staff is amazing, super friendly, food is buffet style, plus specialties freshly cooked, omelets, anything...my son got a chicokate chip pancake! We also had dinner and it was great too! We even came back another night because we loved it so much. The rooms are nice, clean, decor is great. They are under construction but we didnt notice a thing, you cant hear anything either. The pool is amazing. Front desk night person the second night (different person, a woman this time) was not as friendly. She barely acknowledged us and didnt say one word that we were Diamond Members. Other than that, the hotel was great. I really dont like the parking either, but I think once construction is over, it may not be an issue.

(November 9, 2018, 10:39 am)This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was absolutely amazing. The staff members gave great customer service and they were pleasant with great attitudes. Every time I called to ask for something or had a question, they were courteous with patience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be returning.

(October 22, 2018, 4:10 pm)Pleasant as most Hilton's we have stayed in. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was perky and chipper in a way that should temper the grumpiest of guests. Only issue was parking, but that will come with ongoing construction. Great stay. The Sun King Brewery next door has great drinks and Sham's, the bar on the end of the same plaza will deliver food to the brewery.

(October 12, 2018, 9:37 pm)Had to wait a bit longer than I would like to check in as there was only one front desk worker(he was very friendly,) Workout room was nicer than expected with some free weights, treadmills, bike, elliptical and medicine balls. Rooms are dated but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and service was friendly and prompt.
