Plan: B Cleaning

We were gifted a one time cleaning service through a friend. Everyone we spoke to over the phone was helpful and very nice. The day of the cleaning, the 2 ladies that came to do the service were both on time, professional, and also very nice! The ladies did an amazing job. I wish I was lying when I say my house was definitely NOT clean when they got here and they were so thorough, it's a night and day difference from when they started to when they left. I can't recommend this company or these ladies enough! Thank you Clayre and McKenzie!

Plan B Cleaning has been wonderful to work with the past several years. They are professional, prompt and are very considerate. They are also great with my two little kids, which makes it all the more easier for me when they come over to clean. I have only used them for cleaning my house, but I would recommend Plan B for anything and anyone!

They were the first and only company to respond promptly (or at all) to my initial online inquiries and were very responsive to calls and e-mails. provided helpful information about their service and free estimates via emails, answered all of my questions, and the cleaners contacted me about arrival. They made the effort to schedule the cleaning at my preferred date and time, for which I was grateful. The two women who cleaned my house were professional, courteous, congenial, friendly to my dog, and hard working, and made sure to keep me informed about what they were doing or not able to do. They worked quickly and efficiently while doing a very thorough job of deep cleaning my home. I was pleased, also, that their products have a very light, barely noticeable scent. Everything looks beautiful! And I was delighted to discover that I was billed for a lower amount than the estimate! I highly recommend this company.

Cyrstin, Ryan, and Olivia did an amazing job at our house. They were on time, super approachable and professional, and cleaned very thoroughly. Lisa and Katana are the BEST. We started using Plan B Cleaning after having our second child and realizing we needed help with house cleaning.
