  Haleh Krauter and her team are friendly and fun to talk to. They handle our autos and renters insurance. They are fast at answering emails and phone calls if we have any questions (no LONG holds haha those are the WORST). Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a pleasant experience.

  This office is so fun! They break insurance down for you so you really know what's going on with your policies! I highly recommend this agency!

  More years ago than I’d care to admit, Haleh hired me as one of her licensed team members. Eventually I decided to pursue other avenues and we parted ways, but she’s always been my agent and mentor. In fact, she told me of an opening that better fit my goals, and here I am again, in my old office working amongst a fantastic team of people who I witness daily advising people of their risks and living life with strong values of compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve. Not only is Haleh a fantastic employer who invests in our development as team members, but an outstanding State Farm Agent who takes the time to sit down with her clients so she knows what’s important to them and what she needs to protect. In her 26 years as a State Farm Agent, she has grown a strong and reputable business that I’m proud to work for and be insured with.

  My experience with Ms. Krauter's agency was very client-oriented. I was looking to put all of my insurance policies with the same firm because my homeowners and car insurances were at different companies because that's the way my parents had done it. I had an appointment with Audrey, the sales manager, who promptly met me with a smile and offered me a drink. Audrey went over my existing policies and managed to lower my automobile insurance because I've never been in an accident and explained how I needed to raise my homeowners insurance because my house is worth more than it was when I first insured it. The savings from having both policies in the same place make up for the increased homeowners insurance. She also mentioned looking at changing my life insurance policy since I still had the one from 20+ years ago. Overall, I was treated very well and had all of my questions answered.

  I highly recommend this office! They not only take care of my cars, home and toys; but also the most important....life insurance for me and my family! I know we are protected from anything that may come our way. Thank you for caring!
